Is the monitoring depth the same for every system?
No, and we say so plainly: video systems get deep, driver-level verification against the recorder itself. Other low-voltage systems get health and liveness monitoring over ping, SNMP and native protocols. Everything shares the same incidents, tickets and SLAs.
Do we need IOSentra hardware on site?
Sites whose devices are reachable can use cloud drivers directly. Isolated or segmented sites run the site agent inside the network - outbound-only, no inbound rules, media never leaves the premises.
Can it monitor systems from different vendors together?
Yes - that is the point. One health picture and one ticket flow across every vendor and every system type, instead of a console per brand.
What happens when a non-CCTV device fails?
